So I am pregnant right now and know that losing weight is not the goal right now. Right now i am trying to not gain any more as I was already obese when I got pregnant. I have add and am not sure how to plan my day right now. I really just need the motivation and support from somewhere to be able to do it. I need to change myself.

Take it one healthy day at a time. You aren't just doing this for you, but for the sweet spirit you are growing. You'll be just fine, mama. :)
Concentrate on the fruits and vegetables and whole grains. The good carbs. Also the good fats from nuts and avocados and such. This way you will not concentrate so much on the losing of weight, but on the staying healthy!! CONGRATS!!! I am so excited for you! I had 9 months of the flu with my pregnancy!
