Usually I write in the morning after working out, but it has been crazy here trying to get things done before we have "boots" in the house. :-)

I did workout for an hour. It feels so good to be getting back in the swing of things. :-) Gave me the energy to do what I needed to get done today. My hubby has also been working out with me. Well, at least during the weekend. We got a rowing machine for him. Not that I won't be using it. ;-) Anyways, I hope he continues to workout.

Food yesterday:

Protein Shake.........nothing..........nothing..........chipolte, popcorn.

I broke the cardinal rule. I went out to do erands and forget to bring healthy snacks with me. I'll get better at it. Just gotta get better at planning ahead. 

Today's food:

Protein Shake, Apple with peanut butter, bite of hubby's sandwich cause I get so busy working I forget to eat and he feeds me. LOL, Steak, MacNcheese, broccoli. 

Well, tomorrow is an early morning and tonight's blog is already past the time I should be going to bed. So Good Night, sweet dreams.
