Frustrated, aggravated, agitated and irriated are words to describe when the stubborn pounds are not melting away. You've tried different diets and different exercise. So what is it? It's making you go crazy. What could be the solution...I am glad you asked, "Don't give up!" It will get tough and seems like the scale is not moving on your favor. But trust and believe, sooner or later it will. Keep eating right, exercise and get enough sleep. Stay consistent and determine. Remember it's not a quick fix. It's a long term commitment.

Sign in to CommentI honestly think weight Lots of stuff on multiple levels because you have to learn how to manage your food so you get enough protein you get enough fat that you get enough carbohydrates not getting a lot of added junk that you don't need you are getting your water are you getting your exercise. You know.... It is not just that you want to lose weight and you drop some calories and there you should see it. Doesn't work that way!
