I just won my third DB and I'm feeling so proud and excited! My plan is to keep doing them until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs. I only need to lose 19.8 more to get to a healthy BMI (164lbs) and since I started at 300+lbs, that is just INSANE to me. I never, ever imagined I would actually get this close to my goal. It seems so real now - like after all of this hard work, I might ACTUALLY reach a healthy weight!!!
