The Jan 7 Transformer just completed Round 1. They had 748 winners in Round 1 for a pot that 1099 people contributed to. That's a 67.88% win rate, considerably higher than the average of 57%. Winners got $13.81 each, about $2.50 less than average. While this game isn't a large as the Jan 1 game, and the players were not quite as successul, it's still tracking last January's game with high success rate and low prizes. So, as I predicted, the January games are not good for prize money so far.
