I've had a really hard week! It started on Saturday with my cheat meal. I recovered well on Sunday with the exercise part but my trainer called to ask if I would do wed/thurs/fri instead of the usual mon/wed/fri. Getting off kilter just really knocked me off my track.
As a result I didn't work out on Monday or Tuesday at all. Wednesday came and I worked out and ran that night too, but while running just felt so hot and sniffly and tired all at the same time. Yesterday was a hard day. Not firing on all cylinders with getting up so early and felt like I was burning up at work. Had a stressful busy day and night, only got home from errands and appointments close to 9pm. Then up again at 4:45am. The wind chill is also below freezing again and I look like I've had a long night. Coupled with less than perfect food choices, I'm beat!
I want to reset but need to rest first. I think tonight will be a clean eating stir fry night followed by some tv and going to bed early. If I get sick now it will set me back more than ONE night, so no need to be a martyr.
