OoRAH!!!
It has been a VERY LONG week.
No workout this morning. We got home at little after 4AM. Fell asleep somewhere between 5-6, and my body woke me up at 8am. I am thinking about it though. Just don't want to wake up the house. Just cause I can't sleep doesn't mean they shouldn't. Especially my son. His body HAS to be our of wake. As well as getting used to home and "civis".
I didn't eat horrible during this adventure, but didn't do wonderful either. Walking... alot of walking... is about all the exercise I got. Food wise. eh, I did okish.... but between that, not getting a sweat on, and being squished in a car for 30+ hrs, I am a little concerned about the weigh in tomorrow. I would be happy if I just maintained. Only tomorrow will tell.
So food yesterday... honestly, I am not even going to attempt it. Most eating was sparatic and not a real meal, with the exception of a very late lunch, Cracker Barrel, and a late dinner, Applebees. So, lets just talk abou those. I had the Parfait Fruit Breakfast at Cracker Barrel without the Granola, with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and OJ. At Applebees I had chicken fresno (I think that is what it was called), without the butter sauce, mashed potatoes, Roasted Spaghetti squash, and a few sips of sweet tea.
Looking forward to starting back up with working out tomorrow morning and getting back into this. Hope this week didn't mess it up too much, but even if it did I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. :-)
