I'm still very motivated to go the long way to a healthier life. And I'm really really looking forward to fit into all my favourite clothes again! 

 

So here's what I ate today:

Breakfast: 1 gluten-free bun, brie, tomatoes, cucumber, green salad, 1 boiled egg, coconut water, physalises, kiwi, passion fruit, coffee

Dinner: brussels sprouts, potatoes, chicken breast fillet, 2 glasses of buttermilk

 

And of course I drink 1,5-2 liters of water or tea every day.

No sports so far but tomorrow I want to go to the gym.
