Friday is once again upon us and this is my weigh day, I have been extra super good over the last week with my healthy eating choices and fitness levels. I should have started dietbet last week cause I think I will see a few lbs off, but not to worry. I think looking to lose 4% of your body weight is one month is a challenge but I think I can achieve it, so long as I stay on point and don't fall off the wagon so to speak.
I also started an instagram which has shown over the last week things I've eaten some before and current photographs and a few quotes for a bit of inspiration thrown in, please feel free to follow me @ele.and.lorna_getfit - I will be more than happy to follow all fellow dietbetters, just send me a wee direct message so I know who you are.
I think getting support from the online community can really help to boost your weight-loss so cannot wait to see where I am in a months time. I will make sure to take a before photograph and see how I get on a month from now!!
