I must say that I have had great results so far in the first two weeks of this challenge!!

I started doing Focus T25 for my workouts but more importantly watching changing my diet.

I do not like to use the word diet because I feel like it can be very restrictive at times or you put too much pressure on your self so I am trying to have a life style change!

I try to prep my meals at least two days in advance because I'm not quite there yet for a week and I am not all "natural" or "organic" but I try to limit breads, pastas and fried foods. Also, trying to eat a lot more veggies and drink more water. 

I love T25!!! I have to admit I havent worked out everyday consistently but I do make sure I workout out every other day and will try to do better. But I have seen the change in my body and I am getting definition in my stomach again. I can't wait to see the results at the end of the 5 weeks!

 

So far I am about 9 pounds down since my initial weign in on this challenge (started February 6) and I am determined to keep improving!!
