I just finished my first dietBet challenge (Zuzka's new year resolution) as I am a Zgym member. What I miss in the Zgym is more community interaction, which I enjoyed in the past on SparkPeople.
So it turns out that for these last 2 days, I lost my way in junk food and I am thinking: do I need to be on bet for my whole life to keep the momentum?
Maybe? I had hopes to have a group started here for Zgym members, and the group I joined is not active.
So what choice do I have?
well... I still have room for another 4% loss, so...
I joined a new bet!!!! yay!!
I have a new scale (Tanita 731, with body composition analyser) and I am right at the corner of a new hormonal timing (boosting phase from Buffmother's Hormonal timing).
I am eager to write my monthly plan and get on the right track( I was sick for 1 week during last challenge and faced some challenging times with kid's vacation for 2 weeks)
