I've been doing well this year, I have lost 4.5kg overall so far (more if you consider that I had a blip and had to lose it again)! However I know that life is going to get tough the next few months going back to uni which is FULL ON. Last year I ended up working from morning through to night every day, just to be able to get the work done. THis year I expect it will be similar. So it becomes tough to even THINK about dieting.
However... Momentum and accountability are going to help me to keep going and get to my goal.
Momentum... I have already lost 4.5kg and people are already starting to comment. The diet I have sussed, I have the momentum already with that. Making time for exercise is the toughest bit. But I am taking it one step at a time and one mini goal at a time. First step, join the gym at uni. Second step, start attending the early morning yoga class on Wednesdays once a week. THen I will work out how much time I have and try fit in another class/gym session, plus a couple times a week out horse riding.
Accountability... I have just joined a kickstarters which will take me through the first 4 weeks of semester.. Once the habits are established it should get easier to keep them up. That is called Upping the stakes, when it's going to get tougher I want to make sure it's going to work!!!
