Been working really hard at this weight loss thing. not easy!!! but my mind set is really focused. i can't workout too much because of my back but doing a lot of walking. i bought a pedometer and yesterday did lots of walking and walked over 13,000 steps. last night when i looked at it there was a person looked like they were jumping up and down for me on the pedometer!! it was cool! so i'm working on walking as much as i can.
eating is not really a problem which is unbelieveable!! i have something small every 3 hours. this way i'm not setting myself for failure by eating when i shouldn't and making the wrong choices. i try to have different foods so i'm not eating the same things and getting bored and quitting. so i'm finally getting a handle on this i think!! i've lost 9.5 lbs!!! feels great but when i lose another 9.5 lbs i'll feel like i'm really losing!!
everyone stay with it. take one day at a time. or minute by minute!! WE CAN DO IT!!!! xoxo
