So this is my very first time on DietBet. I'm super excited & a little nervous! I've always had an unhealthy love for food & exercise. I get super excited about cooking & eating good food. And I also love a good, heart pumping boot camp style workout but because I overeat most of the time, I never seem to lose weight. It's time to get real, check the portions I'm currently eating & find a healthy balance of the two in my life! I'm looking forward to the encouragement & accountability from the site. Let's do this!!
