My first diet bet is ending and I am sure my money is going to good use motivating others. LOL

It's okay, I am not down about it. Yes, it would have been better to win the bet, but the reason I came to diet bet at the time I did was not in vain. I had a rough time when my son left for boot. I wanted to make sure this time it didn't happen. Well, it was still rough. But I didn't gain a bunch of weight and completely fall apart. I got through it... getting through it. And now I am ready to move forward and win the next bet. And this time more is on the line. I decided to do three.  :-)

So today I weighed in. Got good food for the home. Exercise plan. Ideas to get more acitivity. Decided to go back to my WW roots... and figured out points for the common things I eat. This is the first time I am not at my lifetime weight. I don't like it. I have to lose 10lbs to get back. :-( And I was at a comfortable 10lbs less than that. So I am about 20lbs from where I want to be. Seems so big. Little goals...little goals. 

A logger is coming in the mail with the protein that was ordered, so journaling and points will be my goal this week. As well with continuing to increase activity and water intake.

So, to others who have may not gotten to where they wanted the first time around, WE CAN DO IT!
