This morning I still weigh 127.6

I'm supposed to lose 5.1 lbs to reach my goal by the end of the month. I'm really motivated to lose weight and eat healthy!  I figure if I lose the weight...I can treat myself to a nice Easter dress!  I'd love to start running again and train for a marathon!  I haven't done that in about 10 years. I also gave up Facebook to really focus on me.  :)

Morning:

I drank a glass of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice and cayanne pepper first thing in the am.

Breakfast:

A grapefuit with 20 almonds.

Drinking lots of water:  My goal is 1600 ml. 

Lunch:

Quinoa, spanich, butternut squash, cucumber, tomato, avcado, and romaine lettuce Salad.

 

Snack:

Green Juice

Dinner:

Lettuce wraps: black bean and butternut squash with cheese and salsa.
