Two workouts today! Okay, I gotta be careful... no burn out. 

The second workout was actually my hubby's idea. I gave him some "incentives" this morning to motivate him towards working out and losing weight. so far so good. ;-) With him on board, it also makes it easier for me. A lot of the time he is the reason I "fall off". So hopefully this will help. ;-)

The log book came today... not quite what I was expecting so I guess I will have to use something else.

I won't be blogging everyday, too busy and getting a workout in and making time to make healthy foods is more important. 

Eating well, exerising, and water intake is good today. ;-)

Working towards a DITTO for tomorrow.
