Just got back from a 2 mile walk with one of our pups.  We where a little slower than normal but it felt good until it started to rain on us.  I managed to get just over 13,000.  I just got my fitbit on Sunday and I am competing against one of the guys a work.  I am taking it easy I don't want to get so sore that I can't move.  That is the mistake I have made in the past and I want to avoid it this time around.  Slow and steady.
