I am so pumped for this challenge! As I said in my profile, I have never been as heavy as I am now in my life. I think I can attribute that to an accident a year ago that kept me off my feet for a few months, being insanely happy about being engaged, and general laziness. I am just under 200 pounds right now--that is a lot on my 5'8" frame, since I am fairly small boned (I have hips and a butt, but my waist and stomach have always been pretty small. Don't even get me started on how tiny my arms are!), and since I am getting married in April 2016, I figure, what better time to start losing those 50 pesky pounds that I've been wanting to lose? Could use any and all advice and support, since I am doing this by myself. Many thanks in advance! I hope we all win!!
