This has not been an easy week ... The sore foot seems like a lame excuse but really ... No cardio, more food than I'd care to admit despite some really great days and just an overall feeling of wanting to shed this weather and get back outside and put these days behind me. Being cooped up is tough, bad weather, dark evenings, trying to find ways to relax when all I want is a change of scenery! Good news is I'm aiming for a well foot for the good weather next week, this is the forecast and plan ahead:
Monday 63 - run / start 21 day fix
Tuesday 55 - strength, short run
Wednesday 64 - strength, run
Thursday 63 - short run
Friday 64 - strength, run
Saturday 61 - piyo
Sunday 61 - long run
This should put me at 5 hrs of exercise
Approximate burn of 1850 cals for the workouts and if I stick with the fix, around 2100 cal additional burn from cutting back on food.
