I love pop. I love diet pop. I realize it is HORRIBLE for me. And with cutting WAY back this week I see what a HUGE deterent it is to weight lost and a healthy lifestyle.
So, today is the last day for me to drink it. I have to go cold turkey and I have to not have any ever again. I have quit before and if I start drinking it again slowly one every once in a while changes to several in a day, every day.
