The hardest part I have found for me it controlling what I eat. Food is an emotional comfort. Althought I know food is to nurish the body, not other other way around. Yet, I still find myselft eating when I am not hungry. I carry a water bottle around with me all day while I am at work, but as soon as I get home the water bottle is tossed to the side. Often times I try to assess if I am hungry veres thirsty? There is a difference, but I am still learning to listen to my body. Learning to eat food that is from the earth versed packaged pre made food is one other step that I am working on. Have you found any solutions to over eating? Eating when you know you're not hungry but the food taste so darn good.
