Well, we're full into this dietbet now...no turning back...full steam ahead!  The past few days have been good.  I'm into preparing snacks (carrots), healthy muffins and lots of fresh fruit each day.  I have had some not so heathy choices but it hasn't been out of control or in replace of a meal.  

I've gotten in a swim, something I haven't done in a while and hope to join the gym this week.  I think having compassion for myself and looking to win the war and not just the battle, will help me with my lifestyle changes.

Thought of the day - "I'm doing this because I want and need to lose weight for myself, and not for anyone else"
