So when I left for a 2,5 week long holiday I expected to gain a few pounds. I wouldnt be surprised if I gained 5-6. But after stepping on the scale today it showed me I actually lost some weight! 

146,6 is where I'm at now and that makes me very happy! It's not SPOT ON my target weight of 143,3 but very close (strange target weight because I measure in kg and that's 65 kg) 
It would be VERY awesome to get that goal this month, because the 7th of september marks my first diet-day and that would mean I got to my goalweight EXACTLY WITHIN ONE YEAR.

 

Needless to say I"m proud of where I am today and every little goal I achieved in between (highlight: running a 5,6 k within 35 minutes.... so proud!)

 

Love the support from my boyfriend, familie but most of all the friends that are going trhough the same process as me in losing weight, including all of your ! Special thanks to Gailsy for being so great on Dietbet and even beyond that, love how personal you can get with a complete stranger!

I wish you all the best and hope you're closer to your target weights than you were last month! Holidays doesnt have to mean gain weight, you can go out to dinner and have lots of fun and even some candy and still lose the weight! Just stay active, walk around and go for a run (like I did in really bad rainy weather).
