I made it to the gym today. My goal was at least 30 minutes of movement on the treadmill and stationary bike combined. I did 55 minutes total 3.7 miles. 25 minutes of that I really pushed myself, no excuses. I went to the library and got a few self help motivational reads.. I am a clock watcher/ minute counter. Having something to read helps the time pass, and I needed just a lil mo time wit Jesus anyway.
