So, I had an emotionally rough day and we had plenty of cupcakes and cake at work. I managed to stick to my calories, avoided the snacks and sweets and went for a walk during lunch. As a reward, I had a huge salad for dinner to fill up and then had a slice of veggie pizza and a nice cold Guinness. I ended the day within my calories and I am completely satisfied.
