So, as I said before, I aced M-Th with food and exercise... the hurdle... the weekend as always.

Friday I went to Sands with mom. That means I hit the floor running when I got home from work and ran for a half hour... but not too crazy because I needed not to sweat. (no time for shower). Ate a hard-boiled egg before I was off. Had a protien shake on the way down. Brought with me some snacks. Mots fruit snacks, some cracker health bar thing, applesauce pouch, and... wait I think that is it. Water bottle full. An entire night and morning with cranberry juices and hot chocolates. Left at 5pm because I told mom we HAD to... to get to Suzanne's thing on time. So, got home, hit the floor running again. 30MIN full interval high speed run, quick shower, protein shake and half a sandwich and off we went. Not much dancing went on. So no exercise really there. Then this morning... I didn't roll out of bed til 2PM!!! This is even late for me on the weekend.

How did I do scale wise? I am actually down, however, I am not paying attention to it right now... I know I woke up dyhydrated, so I could be down just from that alone. Instead, I will probably weigh again tomorrow just to see. Don't get me wrong. I am thrilled that I lost. I worked my tushy off last week, but I want to earn this the right way. So I will wait.

Hubby lost too. He took Peanut Butter out of his diet. and has gone down 7lbs. If he keeps it off a week I have to pay up. I have been holding my part of the other deal. He works out I have to shave every other day. This is a big deal in the winter. I kinda slack off a little. Not to mention, I hate getting into weird positions in the tub while I am feeling huge. It just makes me feel worse about myself. I know ultimately it will make me feel good. It is another part of taking care of myself. One reason my hubby choose that.

Changes I made this week. I work out in the bathroom at work. Yes, you heard me right, the bathroom. I have a desk job. In the office there isn't very many places to have a little privacy to get some movement in. So, every time I go to the bathroom I do wall push-ups, and calf raises. The weather is getting warmer, so soon I will be walking to and from work again. I am looking forward to that.

I am also looking forward to getting back into my spring/summer clothes. I have an entire free wardrobe waiting for me! And I will also be rewarding myself with some new clothes for work. :-)

How are you going to congratulate yourself for getting to your goals?
