It's been one of those weeks. The weather has been gloomy and I haven't slept right. Of course, my workout and diet regimens are all out of whack. I skipped my run this morning which I didn't feel bad about but now I also want to skip my dance class later. I think I am running low on endorphins or something because I am just not feeling anything right now. Even my babies (my 4 year old students) couldn't improve my mood today which is a first since their cuteness is too much for me too handle.
So, UGH!
What to do? I need some sort of emotional energy booster. Anyone have any ideas to help me escape this weather-induced gloominess?
