Loud, fun music, cute videos of baby animals, as much as I'm against indoor UV lamps(skin cancer) I DO agree with Kim that it could make you feel better. Are you still with the kids?....let them decide on a craft or project for all of them to be involved in and you get right in on it....maybe some fun, messy painting!! Go to a bright, colorful store and buy yourself some sort of funky accessory that makes you smile and wear it to dance class later and dance and shake those endorphins up!!!!!
