I kind of wandered away from my diet bet interactions the last couple of weeks. I was feeling a bit drained from trying to lose weight and felt I needed a mental break. In addition I had my birthday party over the weekend. It was a murder mystery taking place in an old west saloon. Preparation for that kept me super busy. The party was a huge success! We all had lots of fun and intend to try another one someday.
So, after party, then my real birthday on Monday, then Saint Patrick's Day yesterday and me just kind of dropping the ball on my workouts the past couple weeks I am paying for it now! I just started a couple of new diet bets this morning, ones that I had been intending to start since the beginning of this month. My initial weigh in for them ended up being a bit of a bummer. It appears that I nearly gained back all the weight I lost in Jan/Feb! I'm SURE most of it is water weight from the treats this weekend and my female body just being cyclically hormonal... So I'm not feeling too down, but boy am I ready to get back to this and hit is hard!
