Day 1 and 2:

Well I have decided that instead of getting jealous of all the "fit and toned" gals I see around town, I would strive to become one of them. My employer is hosting a Fitness Challenge similar to this DietBet Challenge, so it's double or nothing, baby!!! It's time to stop talking about it and be about it!!!

Staying on a fitness schedule has been a real challenge for me. Maybe its because I doubt it will work for me. Maybe its because I dread feeling the way I do now (yea.. my legs are on FIRE!! I can't even walk down the stairs!). I do know that I never want to go through this "getting back in shape" feeling again!! I mean I can't even do 5 push-ups.

I completed the Day 0 work out last night, and I did half of Day 1 this morning. I'm trying to catch up and be right on schedule for when I get those emails from Jessica explaining the exercise circuit of the day. I screamed out lout to myself last night: "LET'S DO THIS KAITLYN!! LET'S GET COMMITTED!!"

Here's to the start of a double-whammy Fitness Challenge where I not only hold myself accountable, but I get to track my process with a blog! I'm so excited about that. I'm doing my future self a favor here!!!
