I was looking at old pictures of myself and how happy and healthy I was. Of course this was before I had my son who is now going to be 5. I have since than been struggling with my weight. I love being full figured, but hate my stomach. That is probably the only thing I would change about my body.

I have a full-time job, I am a full-time mom and can never find the time to work-out. My other issue is my eating habit. I love to eat salad, but I can't stay away from dairies and carbs. 

I feel like I let myself down phyically. I want my body back. 

So, I'm hoping this will be a good start to a long journey for me.
