So at the end of January I lost close to 8lbs and some change. Great right, well no. I decided to treat myself and slack off and just monitor my calorie count by estimating until I started this new bet,the transformer. Big mistake, I gained weight not one or two pounds but almost four. By the end of the first round of the transformer, I managed to lose three pounds, but of course I lost this round and now I must work harder to lose more than 10lbs for the next weigh in. I definitely take full responisbility and I have learned a huge lesson. I have to count calories, probably until I reach my goal wt. But all is not lost and I am back with a vegeance and I will weight in weekly!
