Coming to the end of Week #2 for my new workout goals and it is ending like Week #1.

Beginning of the week I have no issues getting my 60 minutes in, sometimes I can do it in just two hours instead of three.

But by the end of the week, I can't seem to keep up the intensity even with 3 hours to do it.Thinking of just doing some strength training tomorrow and try again on Saturday.

At least, I burned off 2486 calories, which will hopefully add to the weight loss.

One of my dietbet is ending in two days, and while I have lost enough weight to win the bet, I need to keep it off for weigh in day.
