Get enough sleep at night. I clock in at 7 hours and sometimes take a nap a few hours before the gym.Get the proper nutrition. 2500 calories for a workout will not just "jump out of body fat". Carbs are your friends here. I tried doing a "low carb" diet and I did loose a lot of weight but couldn't do anything even close to this in the gym on that diet. I also take a lot of vitamin supplements.Sometimes tired is really just bored. Bored with the same routine, gym, etc. Try doing something different.
