Well Its 10:37Pm when i decide to lose weight. Last night me and my friends where at the gym and i am fit but i got a little bit of fat that i am trying to get rid of for 3 years now. I now go to a high school only for athletes and i am worried for this year. so now i got the motivation to leearn about my body what it needs and how does it work(There is a lot of stuff that D DID that used too harm my body) well now i know. For my firt week i will go for a no carb diet drink lots of water and run to the gym or take bike rides. I would strongly appreciate any help in the comments.
