Day 1 - I've been motivated to get busier with a healthier lifestyle, now I have the incentive.  This will be an interesting journey.  I had a great start yesterday despite having new menu items being trained/tested in the restaurant. :/  First of all, I am knocking out all sweet tea drinking... water or juice only.  Cutting out coffee too.. Yikes!  This alone will help out knock out all the extra unnecessary calories in my diet.  

Breakfast - I had 1 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 Tbsp of honey, 1 banana and 1 apple.

Lunch - I had the Scotty's Lo-cal blackbean burger with lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes and 1/2 tbsp of mustard.  I couldn't resist having a cup of our Cheesy Broccoli soup.

Dinner - I had 2 cups of Ground Turkey & Pumpkin Chili w/ 1 slice of American Cheese and 1/4 cup of oyster crackers.  Not all healthy, but with the day I had I took the hit.

One of my main goals for this challenge is to knock out as much dairy from my diet as possible.  I have a thing for cheese and milk.  I didn't have too much success yesterday.  Oh, well, today's a new day!  Time to head for the gym before work!
