My pregaming routine started today, March 31st with 32oz of mint water first thing this the morning.

After drinking all of my mint water I added lemon to my water and I plan to drink and refill that throughout the day to accompany my meals.

My meals aren't perfect (I'll get them right tomorrow) but it consisted of two pieces of toast for breakfast, seafood pasta salad for lunch and dinner, and "cuties" oranges in between meals.

Lastly, I plan to hit the treadmil (5.5 incline at 3.5 speed) for 30 min.
