Why is it so hard for some of us to find and hold on to it. It most definitely helps with the nicer weather now...can get outside and run and enjoy the sunshine. Having a tough winter made it tough to wanna go to the gym and work on myself. I have a great workout buddy and we try to keep each other going but life can get in the way. The days I do kick myself in the butt I feel so good and I try to carry that feeling into the next day.  

Here's to finding the motivation to do all that needs to be done to be the happiest most healthy me I can be. Than you all for being involved in my journey!!
