I used to love running. I was in cross country and track in high school, then suffered a knee injury. When I started college I became very depressed, and still am. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety that have made my life pretty difficult. I am in school to one day become a chiropractor, but even school is rough on me on top of my full time job. I try very hard to exercise because it is good for me, but it is really a catch 22 with my depression. I currently feel a little better, and run every once in a while, but have such horrible body issues that it hurts to see myslef in the mirror which causes more depression. I am trying to become more commited and fall in love with running like I used to be. Hopefully, I will be able to afford joining a game soon and become healthier.
