Since I believe and write books about spiritual accountability, it only makes sense that I take action and become accountable in my own physical wellbeing. How can you have credibility if you say one thing and do another? To be honest, my health choices these past 8 years while writing my two books has added 20 UNWANTED pounds on a woman who believes in being physically fit. Not only for my own personal health but also for wanting to stay attractive to my AMAZING husband. I'm blessed that he loves me anyway, but I also know that I feel better about myself and my attitude about life and ministry is so much better.
When hearing about this program first on the radio and then through a new sweet friend, I felt led to take the challenge and also recruited my BFF who is still learning how to turn a computer on. I am also trying a new fitness line of nutrition that is out of Germany called FitLine that has given me great results in the past three weeks. Since Fitline fills all of my bodies nutritional gaps, cravings for salt, sugar and fatty foods are gone, so what a good time to put it all to the test and do DietBet. Those that know me, know that I would never endorse or promote anything I do not believe in so here I am... counting calories and seeing how I do in the next 28 days with DietBet along with FitLine.
I will posting sporadically, along with my eating plan along with my new membership to a gym that I have avoided for far too long. I hope to encourage my procrastinating friends who are getting into their later years who know deep down that it time to get off our Blessed Assurance and start taking good nutrition, eating clean and getting some exercise. This is the only Temple we get, so it is time to take it seriously...
Blessings,
Rosemary
