Ive been feeling really sluggish since being back on vaca. Sleep deprived and still affected by all the non-compliant foods and drinks i consumed while away. Day 1 wasnt awful but wasnt the best. I had nut butter which is definitely on my NO No list this month! Oops.....did make it to Bikram though!
Todays been fine. I did Piyo sculpt this morning and planning on Bikram tonight. What's your workout of choice? how do you get over the 'back to reality' blues and slim down after a vaca?
