Had a great wk end lost another pound...I was a little worried I'd gain weight with all the bad food around for Easter but knowing I had a weigh in on Tursday made me more determined to stick to my new life change!! Today I decided to make almond butter w/ organic raw almonds wow so good... but just for snacks w/ organic sugar crisp apple no more than 2 Tablespoons a day...now off for a long walk...stay positive!
