So I was up to a great start, lost 1,5 kilos and was very happy and motivated, and then easter happened. I spent 5 days just visiting friends and having cake for lunch, and now I'm right back where I started.I still think I can reach my goal, but I have to be a lot more focused. Today was en sort of OK day. No exercise, bur I've done my 10.000 steps,and even if I was a bit over my daily calorie goal I mostly ate healthy (ie NO CHOCOLATE). Not the perfect second start, but taking in account that I haven't been at home all day, it will have to do.
