Been trying to get fit for years now and it has been a very hard journey. I work out three times a week and still can not seem to get to where I want to be. My problem is my eating habits if I can get my eating habits under control I believe that I would be successful at getting fit.

Sign in to CommentTee, struggles are always present and they are different for every person. Regarding food, this also was my issue as I have always worked out like a crazy man. There is a quote from a movie Hungry For Change that gave me the little push to fixing that problem, the one line was from David Wolfe: "The best strategy we've got is to just add in the good stuff. Eventually, it's going to crowd out the bad stuff." I am proud of you and your being on this journey, you are strong, and inspiring... keep up the great work. Thanks for sharing.

This is about a reality check, right? Because you work at BK doesn't mean you can't make healthy choices and MOVE! You can do this - and I think WW is a wonderful program - but the commitment has to come from you!

I feel the same way. Work out six days a week and do a walk on the seventh, and still no weight off. So I am dedicating this challenge to getting the eating right.
