today was a great day. I woke up at 8 and ate cereal for breakfast. At 9 I got my butt out of the house and FINALLY (after 2 1/2 weeks) went back to the gym. IT FELT GREAT TO BE BACK! As much as i hated going to the gym before, I now love going. It's become part of my daily routine. It's become so much of a part of my life that it felt so wierd to not go when I was on vacation. my trainer and I worked on lower body (legs and core.) I got home around 10:15 ish and relaxed. ran some errands. had friends over at night. and I just did my nightly mile run on the treadmill. as for running I am hoping that I can get to atleast 3 miles by the end of the month so I can run the entire 5k color run. Tomorrow I go back to the gym to work on upper body. Im super excited.
