I went back up. I decided not to "offically weigh in" because of my period and the bloat. I am up to 160. Trying not to stress it because I understand it. I'll be sure to hydrate more over the next few days and I will see where I am on Wednesday next week.
On the bright side I made better choices tonight than snacking or having a drink instead I opted to do 20 minutes of yoga. woohoo! It was supposed to be relaxing. Can someone please inform my hips?
This week my starbucks finally got those protein boxes and salads they have sold out of state for years. I am already working out how to build them at home. Tomorrow I am doing a variation on the protein box. Pita cracks, some brie, pinconning cheddar, and grapes, its 410 calories and a decent lunch.
