Been watching what I ate for 24 hours now. The decrease in caffeine has given me a headache, the apple I had for snack made me full but I still keep looking at the work candy jar. I will not give in to it. Yesterday I was going to get up and walk, it would be the day that it rain 4 1/2 inches at our house and no elecricity at work. Still staying strong and keeping on the right track.

Sign in to CommentNo electricity. I would be lost and constantly staring at my phone's battery. Also, look for snacks that have protein and fiber to help you feel full. There are lots of ideas depending on what kinds of things you like. One of my favorites is the Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie dough protein bar. It has 21g of protein, 21g of carbs and 8g of fat. But it is super yummy and may help curb some of those cravings in the afternoon.
