Like many of the people here, I needed motivation to lose weight. Earlier this summer, I participated in a dietbet and lost weight. Since then, I made some unhealthy food choices and gained weight back.
I decide to start another dietbet since it helps me feel accountable. I once again began recording all my food choices in cron-o-meter. I have found I am most successful at losing weight and keeping it off when I record everything I eat. While I made a few bad choice, forcing myself to record it makes me think before I eat.
Exercise is another story. I had it all planned, but only followed one day of my plan. I definitely was feeling lazy, but I tried to do squats everyday so I tell my brain that I at least attempeted to exercise.
It was hard to start on the path to healthy living, but I feel better already. When I make healthy choices, it boosts my mood. I even feel proud everytime I make healthy choice.
My goals for the next week is to stick to my exercise schedule and keep up with healthy food choices. What are your goal(s) for the week.
