So I saw this challenge pop up on my Facebook page and was so tempted. We have a family reunion at the end of June where I will be 1. wearing a swimsuit every day 2. taking a lot of lasting photos 3. did I say wearing a swimsuit every day???
I also have been eating well and exercising but my downfall has been 1. alcohol 2. last minute take out on busy days. That causing what could be great weight loss to hoovering around the same/maintaining.
I would love to be back to my wedding weight at the end of this 158 lbs. When I weigh in on May 5th I'm sure I'll be around 170. That's been a steady number for me. So I can can do this. As Tony would say, BRING IT.
